S.A.D.E. Properties, the housing initiative of Sons and Daughters Empowered, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to transforming lives through stable, supportive housing. We connect individuals and families with safe, affordable places to live—building a foundation for long-term success and self-sufficiency.

Who We Are

At Sons and Daughters Empowered, we believe in the power of stability, dignity, and equitable access. Through S.A.D.E. Properties, our first initiative, we partner with apartment communities and housing providers to expand access to safe, affordable housing.

We know housing is more than shelter—it’s the first step toward stability, growth, and independence. Our programs are designed not only to secure housing but also to provide ongoing support so tenants can thrive long-term.

What We Do 

Through our Master Lease Agreement (MLA) Program, we work with property owners and managers to:

  1. Provide reliable occupancy for landlords.

  2. Place thoroughly vetted clients into clean, secure housing.

  3. Offer oversight and guidance to ensure successful tenancy.

  4. Bridge the gap between housing access and long-term stability.

Our tenants also receive support through advocacy and resources, helping them stay housed—and thrive.
